Come and take one of the most thrilling rides you will ever experience. Avatar sails the Whitsundays taking you to destinations faster than any other sailing vessel in the Whitsunday Islands.
A unique combination of Eco Accredited operation and Formula One multihull sailing. Avatar will take you to some of the best available locations in the beautiful World Heritage listed Whitsunday Islands. Avatar departs at 11.30am Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday and returns Thursday, Saturday & Monday at 9.30am. Check in is prior to 5.00pm on the day before departure in Airlie Beach.
Relax on the large deck area of 18.3 metre Avatar or help the crew sail Avatar, the choice is yours. Despite the fact Avatar is built for speed Avatar is surprisingly comfortable and you can lounge around the deck or move about freely while under sail.
Avatar offers share cabin berths, non private double berths and semi private or private doubles as well camp ashore sleep on the beach option when in season.
If you are looking for a racing experience Avatar leaves the Maxi yachts in her high speed wake. Avatar's crew of three will make sure your Whitsunday Island experience is one you will remember.
Meals are freshly prepared using local tropical produce, snorkeling equipment is provided and rendezvous diving can usually be arranged. Whitehaven Beach is visited on every departure.
